Consultation

Consultations are available but in most cases unnecessary...most questions can be answered on my website at www.ashevillepermanentmakeup.com . If you would feel more comfortable meeting me first I understand. I do require a consultation for scar camouflage tattooing, tattoo removal and some advanced procedures.

Lip Tattooing

Lip services include Lip shaded liner which is lip lining that is not harsh and blends toward lip are to blur line. Full lips can be filled in with saturated color to give the look of traditional lipstick.

Hi, I am Earleen Owens, the owner and artist at Asheville Permanent Makeup. I have been licensed, certified and insured as a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist since 2003. Before that I was a nail technician and Salon/Spa Owner since I was 18 years old. I have spent my entire life looking into the faces of women, studying their features, listening to their ups and downs, helping support them and sharing myself fully in my quest for beauty and happiness for everyone I meet. I am a caregiver by nature; but at the same time very confident and strong in my convictions as far as my professional ethics and standards are concerned. I am not always willing to do any service for anyone. I think what’s best for the client is more important than my pocketbook so I will always keep your best interests at heart. I am happily married to a wonderful man who is also a small business owner.
