Hi, I am Earleen Owens, the owner and artist at Asheville Permanent Makeup. I have been licensed, certified and insured as a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist since 2003. I am fully licensed by the Haywood County Dept of Environmental Health. I have dozens of certifications from continuing education over the years in all aspects of permanent makeup.

I continually educate myself and choose my techniques and services based on the best knowledge of what works well for individual clients. I ONLY do permanent makeup services in my office which keeps me very busy and focused on your services only!

My office is located in east Waynesville with plenty of parking, easily found through GPS I am 30 Minutes from Asheville NC where I worked for many years.

I have worked in many states as a licensed permanent makeup artist over my career. I am now based solely in Waynesville NC.

I specialize in Eyebrow, Eyeliner, Lip Color, Scar Camouflage and Areola Restoration tattooing.

I have trained many artists over the years and am currently apprenticing a wonderful woman in my office.
