Hi, I am Earleen Owens, the owner and artist at Asheville Permanent Makeup. I have been licensed, certified and insured as a Cosmetic Tattoo Artist since 2003. Before that I was a nail technician and Salon/Spa Owner since I was 18 years old. I have spent my entire life looking into the faces of women, studying their features, listening to their ups and downs, helping support them and sharing myself fully in my quest for beauty and happiness for everyone I meet. I am a caregiver by nature; but at the same time very confident and strong in my convictions as far as my professional ethics and standards are concerned.
